And I'm a multi-passionate and heart-centered performance coach who helps my clients thrive and unlock powerful transformations. From a career change that led to huge directional shifts, to studying improv, the flute, and ballroom dance lessons (just to name a few of my passions)... I find joy and purpose in a multitude of different disciplines. I have a Master's in Education in Instructional Design from Western Governor’s University and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, along with 7 other professional certifications and licenses (listed below).
It is my deepest belief that ordinary people can conquer their fears and do extraordinary things. I first connected to this truth when I learned to swim (as an adult), and overcoming that obstacle led me to an open water shark dive off the coast of Australia in the Great Barrier Reef. I then went on to intern in dolphin training (add that to the list of passions!)
I've undergone training as an intuition coach for over two years. Today, I specialize in guiding those on the precipice of key milestones: exams, auditions, performances, and competitions. Whether you’re an academic, an artist, or a competitor... my multifaceted experiences make me equipped to understand and cater to diverse aspirations.
One of my signature approaches involves the use of HeartMath® tools and techniques. By helping my clients achieve higher coherence levels, I ready them mentally and emotionally to surpass their goals.
All of my experiences have led me here; to standing beside my clients, coaching them to their next uplevel.
